El tipo de trabajo que realizamos en el Área de Grafología y documentoscopia de Instituto Europeo Campus Stellae, a grandes rasgos se resume en un trabajo multicultural que estudia:

•  Informes Periciales Caligráficos: sobre cualquier tipo de documento. Tipos: contratos, talones, recibos, letras de cambio, cartas, testamentos ológrafos, etc. Analizamos todos grafismos que puedan contener: letras, cifras, firmas, rúbricas, dibujos, etc.
  
  
• Destacan los trabajos de investigación que realizamos trabajando sobre los dibujos y expresión caligráfica de menores abusados sexualmente y maltratados. Es la prueba mas evidente de este tipo de delito, ya que el niño o niña se expresa de forma inconsciente y por lo tanto libre a travé sde sus dibujos. Ayudan siempre a identificar claramente a la personas o personas agresoras. (a este tipo de trabajo le dedicaremos mas de un artículo en nuestro blog de grafología y en los cursos monográficos del Instituto Campus Stellae).
• Detección y estudio de alteraciones en documentos para determinar su posible origen fraudulento.
•  Identificación de falsificaciones, ya sean totales o parciales, en cualquier documento manuscrito.
• Sincronización de un documento. Determinar qué fue hecho primero; si la firma o el texto. Uno de los casos mas interesantes cuando se trata de testamentos, documentos privados de contratos, etc.
•   Identificación de la autoría en anónimos.
• Verificación de testamentos ológrafos para su protocolización.
• Contrapericiales.
• Progresión de la escritura: Comprobación de variaciones en la escritura realizadas bien por causas naturales, como la edad y la salud, bien por imitación y falsificación, o bien por estados emocionales alterados (como por ejemplo haber sido hecho bajo amenaza o coacción, engaño).
• Análisis de grafitis, pintadas y tags, y posibilidad de determinar su autoría.
• Informes Periciales Grafopsicológicos y Forenses:consistentes en el estudio del documento manuscrito con el fin de elaborar análisis grafopsicológicos, para conocer la personalidad de su autor. Estos análisis resultan muy efectivos en casos de:

1. anónimos, nos permiten realizar un retrato psicológico del autor,
2. testamentos ológrafos, donde vemos si fue hecho o no, con una capacidad mental y voluntad plenas sin amenazas o coacciones en su redacción,
3. notas de suicidas,
4. procesos de separaciones y divorcios. Determinar si existen o no rasgos con tendencias agresivas o violentas en alguno o ambos cónyuges, o cualquier otro rasgo que pueda poner en peligro a los descendientes en casos de valoración de custodia.

• Informes Periciales sobre documentos mecanográficos y dactilográficos realizados con máquinas de escribir manuales, eléctricas y electrónicas e impresoras, tendentes a descubrir si los documentos realizados en su momento con las mismas fueron objeto de manipulación y falsificación.
• Periciales sobre moneda falsa, documentos de identidad, etc.
  
  
  

Es importante destacar nuestra INTERNACIONALIZACIÓN DEL TRABAJO, que dada nuestra formación a lo largo de estos años, y a la participacion y colaboración con expertos de distintos países, realizamos Informes periciales en varios idiomas y sobre documentos escritos en otras lenguas. Tipos de Falsificación de FIRMAS:

            Hay dos métodos más habituales o frecuentes:

 

            1º.- Las falsificaciones simuladas son dibujos a pulso en imitación de una firma tomada como modelo. Hay dos métodos básicos de simulación: 

• El primero y más común involucra el uso de un modelo de firma real con proximidad al documento a ser falsificado.

• El segundo método de simulación implica la habilidad del falsario de recoger la firma que se propone imitar y reproducirla en el documento a ser falsificado sin una referencia directa a un modelo.  

            2º.- Las falsificaciones calcadas son firmas fraudulentas que han sido ejecutadas siguiendo el contorno de una firma genuina con un instrumento escritor. Tal firma puede producirse con:

• la ayuda de papel carbónico, dibujando primero el contorno con el carbónico y cubriendo ello con alguna  tinta adecuada.
• O bien, remontado un contorno hecho visible a través de luz transmitida. 

¿Como obtener firmas de CALIDAD para elaborar la prueba pericial?

            LA PROBLEMÁTICA DE LA IDENTIFICACIÓN DE FIRMAS NORMALMENTE REQUIERE UN MÍNIMO DE QUINCE A VEINTE ESPECÍMENES GENUINOS PARA COMPARAR CON UNA O MAS FIRMAS DESCONOCIDAS O DISPUTADAS. SIN EMBARGO, MUCHOS PROBLEMAS DE IDENTIFICACIÓN DE FIRMAS HACEN NECESARIO UN NUMERO MAYOR DE ELEMENTOS INDUBITADOS. 

 

            ES IGUALMENTE IMPORTANTE PARA UN PERITO CALIGRAFO DE DOCUMENTOS TENER NO SOLO UNA CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE DE MODELOS CONOCIDOS, CON  FINES DE COMPARACIÓN, SINO TAMBIÉN TENER AQUELLOS QUE POSEAN LA CALIDAD CORRECTA. POR EJEMPLO, CINCUENTA FIRMAS GENUINAS INSERTAS EN CUPONES DE TARJETAS DE CRÉDITO POR LA COMPRA DE COMBUSTIBLE PUEDEN NO TENER EL MISMO VALOR TÉCNICO CUANDO SE LAS VA A COMPARAR CON UNA FIRMA CUESTIONADA EN UN  TESTAMENTO.  

 

 

            SE SUGIERE QUE AL OBTENER FIRMAS PARA COMPARACIÓN, EL INVESTIGADOR CONSIDERE LAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS LISTADAS DEBAJO EN ORDEN DE IMPORTANCIA: 

 

1. FIRMAS GENUINAS ESCRITAS PRÓXIMAS A LA FECHA DE LA FIRMA CUESTIONADA. 

 

2. FIRMAS GENUINAS ESCRITAS EN MATERIAL SIMILAR (CHEQUES, HOJAS SIN LINEAS,  FORMULARIOS IMPRESOS, ETC.). 

 

3. FIRMAS GENUINAS ESCRITAS BAJO LAS MISMAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS ALEGADAS O  CONOCIDAS. 

 

4. ESCRITURA GENUINA REALIZADA CON UN INSTRUMENTO ESCRITOR SIMILAR (ESFEROGRAFICA, PLUMAFUENTE, LAPIZ, ETC.). 

5. A MENUDO, LOS CHEQUES CANCELADOS O RECHAZADOS SON DE AYUDA, PARTICULARMENTE PORQUE POSEEN CONFIRMADA LA FECHA. DE SER FACTIBLE, DEBERÍAN SER REMITIDOS EN GRUPOS SECUENCIALES NUMERADOS DE QUINCE O MAS.

It is vertical overall with a slight right slant, with irregular dimension and open ovals. The stroke is precise and heavy. The lines are rising and the letters are connected and grouped with combinations and occasional over-connections. It has soaring movements and lyrical d's. Signature is similar to text.

SYNTHESIS OF SIGNS

Rapid + heavy + precise + mixed angles with curves + graceful + mannered + vertical + rising lines = Energetic individual who incorporates aestheticism and grace in his decisions and actions. He is firm width good capacity for work, stamina and self-discipline. Independence, power of logic and reason rule his actions.
Precise + soft angles + grouped-connected-overconnected + clear + aerated + rapid = The writer has good critical observation, and control over his sentiment. He has intellectual adaptability and good equilibrium between intuition and deduction. He has a clear and encyclopaedic mind and the ability to classify things in order of importance.
